You receive a written estimate with a clear breakdown. Once you approve, we schedule the project. Our team handles all grading, forming, and site preparation, then pours, levels, and finishes the concrete to spec. We ensure proper curing, clean up the site, and do a final walkthrough with you before we consider the job done.

Most residential concrete projects, including driveways and patios, can be completed in one to two days once work begins. Concrete reaches full strength over approximately 28 days of curing, but most surfaces are ready for foot traffic within 24 to 48 hours and vehicle traffic within five to seven days. The ideal window in Minnesota is late spring through early fall, typically May through October. Concrete needs consistent temperatures above 40 degrees Fahrenheit to cure correctly.
